Aging with Meaning and Purpose

January 24 - March 14, 2022  | Mondays, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. | via Zoom

This course will explore positive aging and conscious eldering. We will use simple journaling and reflection practices to deepen awareness of our own gifts, talents, and interests. We will consider our past experiences and what we have learned, and we will envision what a full life of meaning and purpose would look like for our elder years. We will create a community of learners and listeners as we tell our stories and explore possibilities together. This course is geared toward those in the second half of life! 

Mindfulness & Well-Being for Older Adults

UW-Superior’s Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being will bring a four-part series, geared toward older adults, this spring 2022. Join us on the UW-Superior campus for an opportunity to learn, connect, and engage in mindfulness and well-being activities as we move through the second half of life!
