Continuing Education Course. Business students must be accepted into the Business Department and approval before taking this course. Students must attend the following workshops: Human Resource Management October 20, 2016; Current Personnel Issues November 9 & 10, 2016(two day workshop); Coaching for Peak Performance December 1, 2016; Resolving Conflict in the Workplace January 5, 2017; Performance Feedback Tools February 16, 2017; Labor Management Relations March 23, 2017; Teambuilding April 13, 2017. Enrollment in the HR Certificate is required and includes a registration fee of $50.00 per workshop and a $25.00 fee for the certificate for a total of $425.00.
