EXSITE! Assessing the quality of your services

Use the following process and the Rater Worksheet to evaluate your services

  1. Select one of your major stakeholder groups



  2. Identify the key service(s) you provide for these stakeholders











  3. Using the worksheet, evaluate the services you offer this stakeholder group: 
    • Identify your stakeholders’ key expectations for these services against each of the RATER dimensions
    • Indicate the extent to which your service meets these expectations by scoring each item out of 10
    • ominate the key barriers to service for each item scored low, say 6 or below

  4. Agree the actions needed to address the most significant barriers to service
