Angie Hugdahl MSE works as the Director of the Upward Bound, serves as the TRIO Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Superior and also oversees the GEARS program, a 6-8 pre-college program. For the past 15 years, she has shaped the lives of hundreds of young first-generation students. Angie lives in Superior and has a 10-year-old daughter named Mya who plays the piano and loves robotics. She likes to take Mya to country music concerts, shopping, and to go on bike rides in the summer. Her favorite part of Upward Bound is recruiting new students and guiding them through their journey to the day they open the acceptance letter from the college of their choice.
