Within this scope, she provides support and resources for academic programs, as well as departments, to strategically and sustainably integrate Academic Service-Learning into courses and throughout the curricula. She also oversees and develops reciprocal, win-win collaborations with local community agencies.
During her nine years in the field of experiential education, Jenice has facilitated numerous workshops and has presented to local, state, and national audiences. In 2014, she co-authored two peer-reviewed publications. In the community, she was a 2013 "20 under 40" honoree and in 2011 received a Superior School District Superintendent's Award of Excellence. On campus, she has been the recipient of UW-Superior's Spirit of Superior Award and Academic Staff Award for Excellence.
