EDI Certificate

The EDI certificate program aims to provide a theoretical framework for understanding equity and diversity work through personal reflection and storytelling. The certificate gives participants direct experience working and communicating across differences while helping them apply EDI work into their personal and professional lives. 

The Certificate has 2 tracks:  

Basic

  • Approximately 15 hours total
  • Completion of the Core Curriculum 
  • Completion of Two Elective Courses 

Advanced

  • Approximately 28 hours total
  • Completion of the Core Curriculum  
  • Completion of Five Electives 
  • Completion of Six Hours of "Service" Related to Equity and Diversity
