The UW-Superior Environmental Health and Safety Office has many resources to help employees prevent repetitive strain injuries and musculoskeletal disorders, including:

  • A variety of ergonomic task chairs that can be checked out for two week trial in the employees office
  • A display of various types of keyboard arms and trays 
  • A sit-stand workstation
  • Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Guides for adjusting common task chairs on campus
  • A variety of small ergonomic aids that can be checked out for trial use, including:
    • Foot rests
    • Chair cushions
    • Paper supports
    • Mice
    • Ergonomic keyboards
