To View Work Order Changes Instructions

  1. Click on 'TMA Service Desk' link below to go to the service desk page.
  2. Click on 'Query Work Order' link on that page and then log in.
  3. Always leave 'Superior Main Campus' selected.
  4. Type in the appropriate dates.
  5. Choose building where work being done. Leave 'all departments' selected if you are unsure to which the work order was assigned.
  6. Choose from - Open Work Orders, Closed Work Orders or All Work Orders
  7. Leave 'All Repair Centers' selected.
  8. Click on arrows to continue.
  9. Click to select your work order number/s.
  10. To view charges against the Work Order - click on "view charges" in upper right hand corner.
