  • Classes that have been held on-campus this fall will transition to online via Canvas, with at least one class per week being held live online for students to interact and complete class activities together.

  • Final exams will be held online, using the same schedule as originally planned. Students: Please consult with your instructors on plans for finals week.

  • All currently scheduled online courses will remain as scheduled without changes. J-term classes will also be held online.

Residential Students

Residential students may continue living on campus. Dining services will be available. Antigen testing will continue as scheduled.

Student Services

All student services will continue to be accessible five days a week. Some services may shift virtual during this time period. Please visit the Student Services page for more information.

More information will be available soon.

International Students

International Students can continue their education online after Thanksgiving Break without jeopardizing their F-1 visa status. Students can stay in the U.S. or travel home to complete their classes. Students are required to comply by F-1 regulations regardless of where they are. This means that all students will have to continue to be enrolled in at least 12 credits (unless authorized by ISS) and make a normal academic progress.

If you plan to travel home, please ensure that you have all the resources you need to be successful. Failing classes may impact your F-1 status. Travel plans will look different for everyone. Please consult with the Office of Intercultural Student Success staff prior to your travel.

Faculty and Staff

Those working on-campus should contact their supervisors to determine if or when they should transition back to telecommuting.
