A final decision on class format for Fall 2020 has not yet been made. We anticipate knowing by early July at the latest. We are taking measures to ensure student, faculty, and staff safety, while ensuring a quality, well-rounded learning experience.

At the top of the UWS homepage, there is a “campus logins” link. From there, you will find the link to access eHive.

eHive is a student center that contains relevant information you will need while in college. eHive is where you can view your financial aid awards, register for classes, find unofficial transcripts, and find out who your advisor is.
Housing

Move in will vary based on program participation. Please keep an eye out for a letter and email in mid-late July regarding the move-in process.

Yes. The contract goes for the full year. In the chance we are online in the fall and on-campus in the spring, you will need to have the same contract submitted. Check out this document for more housing information.

SOAR

Virtual SOAR is broken into two separate parts.
Part 1: Live Virtual SOAR via Zoom;
Part 2: 1-hour individual appointments with your advisor. In the first part, we will cover much of what would have been covered in an on-campus SOAR event and will last from 9am-12pm. Following the virtual SOAR, you will enter the second part. Your advisor will email you after you have attended SOAR to set up a virtual advising appointment in the two weeks that follow SOAR.

If you have a phone that has video/data capabilities, you can participate that way. If you do not have either, please contact your admissions counselor.
