Why didn’t I receive my 1098-T?

1098-T’s are mailed to the student’s address as maintained by the University of Wisconsin-Superior Registrar's Office the end of January.  If you did not receive a 1098-T, check your mailing address in EHive and make any needed updates. 

To receive a reprint of your 2018 Form 1098-T please contact the Bursar/Cashier's Office at uwscashier@uwsuper.edu.

For 1098-T forms prior to 2018, you may access the form online at https://www.getmydocument.com at any time.
