UW-Superior has a Lead Student for Men's Topics who is dedicated to educating campus about feminist issues and GLBT awareness.  Examples of programs offered in this area:

  • Walk A Mile in Her Shoes - a mile long walk in high heals to raise funds and awareness for the White Ribbon Campaign, an international campaign aiming to end violence against women.
  • Man-Vertising - a discussion on how the media portrays masculinity and femininity and how that portrayal effects how we thinks and act in our roles.
  • Men's Retreat - a weekend at camp conversing with other males about masculinity, men's role in feminism, and men's health.

For more information, contact the Lead Student for Men's Topics at or call 715-394-8091.
