Music Performance
Solon Springs, WI

“As someone who grew up in a small town, going to a school like UW-Superior and studying music is a dream for me. I am thankful that I have received scholarships from kind donors who believe in me. Due in no small part to their generosity, I have been able to fully concentrate on my studies for music and other subjects. Instead of worrying about paying for college, I am able to more thoroughly enjoy my college experience. I have shared valuable experiences with fellow students and have fully immersed myself in my studies, which has resulted in me becoming a better musician and a better human being overall. “

Mary Glodowski-Warner

Elementary Education and Adaptive Education
Cameron, WI

“I am a nontraditional student, a wife of 22 years, and a mom of three growing children- ages 20, 17, 13. I work hard in my coursework, making the Dean’s List for three semesters in a row and carrying a 3.8 cumulative GPA at UW-Superior. I also work full time as an educational interpreter/intervener for a small school district that is supportive of my dream and passion of obtaining my degree in Elementary and Special Education.

The support I received this year through scholarships undoubtedly is the reason I am able to continue my education at UW-Superior. Words cannot express my appreciation. I am grateful that I was chosen to be a recipient and will continue to strive for success as I complete my studies.”
