Superior Day of Giving

In a galaxy not far, far away...Superior, WI, actually.

We hope you will help us awaken the power to support Yellowjacket students. The 24-hour online Superior Day of Giving on May 4th is our biggest fundraising event of the year. May the spirit of giving be strong with you, as we hope you join forces with other alumni and friends for our small but mighty university. Together We Are Superior!

Read on to learn about the ways you can support UW-Superior during the 7th Annual Superior Day of Giving. Last year, amidst a global pandemic, our generous community gave over $90,000. Your gift of any amount will show that the spirit of giving is with you and will support the $20 million Together We Are Superior campaign!

Superior Floating Classroom

Superior Floating Classroom

Imagine conducting educational programs and research on a state-of-the-art vessel right on Lake Superior. That’s exactly what the Superior Floating Classroom initiative hopes to offer for UW-Superior students and the community. A joint initiative between the Foundation and Lake Superior Research Institute, the Superior Floating Classroom will be similar to the L.L. Smith Jr. that operated from 1978 to 2012, and your support is needed to make this vision a reality.
