Distance Learning Program Scholarships

Jerry Boothe Memorial Scholarship. For a distance learning student who is in their second or subsequent year of study.

Enbridge Energy Company Scholarship. For students in the Sustainable Management program who are residents of the United States or Canada and entering their second or subsequent year of study.

Gus Frye Scholarship. Half of this annual scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in the Distance Learning Center and the other half to a student enrolled in teacher education.

Graham Sisters Scholarship. For a Distance Learning student majoring in Communicating Arts.

Marcovich Distance Learning Program Scholarship. For students in the Distance Learning Program.

Mike Schneiderwent Distance Learning Scholarship. For students in the Distance Learning Program.

Dr. and Mrs. Ross Stagner Scholarship. Given to three students, respectively, an undergraduate senior majoring in psychology, a Distance Learning student with psychology as one component of an individually designed major, and an undergraduate student majoring in English with an interest in poetry.

Current students: Each winter, you will receive notification to your UW-Superior email account when it is time to apply for Foundation scholarships. Applications are typically due in early March and scholarships are awarded for the following academic year, beginning with the fall semester.

Incoming freshmen and transfer students: Your application to the university is also your scholarship application. You will be notified by mail and email if you have been awarded a Foundation scholarship.
