U.S. News ranks UW-Superior online bachelor’s programs among the best
The University of Wisconsin-Superior has been named among the 2018 Best Online Bachelor’s Programs by U.S. News & World Report.
“We are pleased with the rankings and the recognition for our outstanding academic programs, dedicated faculty and individualized attention to our students,” said UW-Superior Chancellor Renée Wachter.
According to U.S. News & World Report, postsecondary institutions were scored on several metrics, which included student engagement, faculty credentials and training, student services and technology, and peer reputation. UW-Superior scored well in student engagement and student services and technology areas.
U.S. News & World Report noted UW-Superior has been offering online bachelor’s degree programs since 1997-1998. All of the online classes are recorded and archived so students can access lecture material at their convenience.
UW-Superior offers online majors in communicating arts, community health promotion, education, exercise science, health and wellness management, management, sustainable management, and writing, along with individually designed and interdisciplinary studies majors.
