Criminal Justice Honor Society holds Induction Ceremony

The Criminal Justice Honor Society recently inducted 14 new students at a ceremony in the Yellowjacket Union
The newly revitalized Criminal Justice Honor Society held its first formal induction ceremony in the history of the Legal Studies & Criminal Justice Program. As members of the national honor society Alpha Phi Sigma, the local chapter of the Criminal Justice Honor Society inducted 14 new students.
The new inductees included Taavi Mattson (President), Luke Jacques (Vice President), Kahley Kallberg (Secretary), Sydney Mastey (Treasurer), Gabriel Hendrickson, Nicholas Hudson, Melody Maleski, Benjamin Olson, Robert Lander, Marylynne Leadstrom, Christopher Cassandro, Erica Bauer, Darien Bottila, Adam Edwards, Edriana Dennard, Johnathan Fontaine, Todd Knudson, Gregory Pitts, Reggie Semanko, Steven Timmers, and Marinel Walfridsson. The Honor Society also inducted Honorary Members from the community who provide regular and significant contributions to the Criminal Justice system and work with students in meaningful ways.
All members of the Legal Studies & Criminal Justice Program were invited to observe the induction ceremony. Inductees were honored at a small dinner gathering for inductees and dignitaries after the induction. The organization is advised by Dr. Maria Cuzzo.
