Patricia Luostari named an Outstanding Alumna of UW-Superior

SUPERIOR, Wis. – To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the founding of the University of Wisconsin-Superior, the university’s Alumni Association has named 25 Outstanding Alumni. In this group of notable graduates and students is Patricia Luostari of Maple, Wisconsin.

She taught for more than 50 years in the Maple School District, where she was honored in 2010 with the naming of the Patricia Luostari Theatre for the Performing Arts at Northwestern High School. Luostari has been a leader of youth delegations to Superior Days in Madison for more than 30 years. For her work with 4-H youth programs, she was named to the Wisconsin 4-H Hall of Fame in 2014.
