World Student Association
The World Student Association (WSA) is the biggest student organization at UW-Superior. WSA has the mission to promote global diversity and inclusion on campus and host events with this purpose.
The most noted annual event is Cultural Night, held in November, a night of international cuisine, performances, and fashion. Other big events are an excursion to the Mall of America, the biggest shopping center in the United States, just two hours away; a ski trip to Spirit Mountain, the biggest ski slope in the Minnesota/Wisconsin region just 15 minutes from UW-Superior campus; a Saturday trip to ValleyFair Amusement Park; and a trip to AppleFest in Bayfield, Wisconsin.
