* Does not include scholarship/financial assistance opportunities available to many international students. Figures are for full-time students (12-18 credits per semester) enrolled for the full academic year.

The figures above do not include MEDICAL INSURANCE, which is required and costs $1,450 for the 2016-2017 academic year, or BOOKS & SUPPLIES, for which students should budget approximately $950 per year. Also not included above are PERSONAL & TRAVEL EXPENSES, which each individual student ultimately determines. We recommend that students budget at least $1,800 for these.

Note that in the United States, the average increase for university-related costs is approximately 6% per year. In recent years, cost increases for UW-Superior international students have been approximately 2-4%.
