Welcome middle school students and parent(s)/guardian(s) to UW - Superior!

Spring 2015

Applications are now being taken for the Making College Accessbie: Cyber Robotics & College Readiness Program.

The Making College Accessible: Cyber Robotics & College Readiness Program immerses 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in an environment that encourages a love for learning through critical thinking, problem solving, and hands-on learning in cooperative groups. 

Over the course of eighteen weeks, participants will master robotics concepts such as mathematical reasoning and electronic circuits while completing a final project:

Assembling a moving electronic robot!

April 10th is Science Night / College Night. Participating students get to experience interactive science activities while parent(s)/guardian(s) attend a college informational session on topics such as attending UW-Superior, college admission, and financial aid.

Dates to Remember:

January 20 - Program Begins

April 10 - Science Night (students) / College Night (parent(s)/guardian(s))

May 19 - Last Day Celebration 

Space is limited, so register ASAP! 

To register for this event, please complete and submit the Registration Forms for your school, as well as the Student Waiver Form located on the right.

Making College Accessible: Cyber Robotics & College Readiness Program is coordinated by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, in collaboration with Twin Ports area middle schools.
