UW-Superior Fitness programs provide information and training for the campus community and Marcovich Wellness Center (MWC) members interested in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

Group fitness classes are a popular and fun way to BEE Active. Individuals that are interested may pick up schedules and class descriptions at the MWC Welcome Desk.

Personal Trainers are available to students and MWC members who are seeking one-on-one motivation, an orientation to our equipment, a fitness assessment or a personalized individualized program with your goals in mind.

Our campus wellness programs provide the campus community information on a wide range of topics. From leading a heart healthy lifestyle to diet and portion control.

The Stinger Strider program is a free fitness program for all faculty and staff members.

PEAK USAGE of the Cardio and Weight Room

Above shows the peak times of Cardio and Weight Room use during an average Academic Year (September-May). Usage will vary during academic breaks, holiday weeks, and summer.
