    Northwest Concentrated Employment Program (CEP) leads job placement and employee training for dozens of small businesses in northwest Wisconsin. From working with youth and professionals throughout the upper Midwest, Brad Gingras understands the generational changes, differing values and needs of today's workforce. He will demonstrate ways you can effectively handle generations you manage for maximum results.
