Turnitin

Account Information

Instructors who would like a Turnitin account should contact the Technology Help Desk at 715-394-8300 or by e-mailing helpdesk@uwsuper.edu to begin the process.  After the instructor has contacted the Help Desk to have an account created, they will receive an e-mail from the Turnitin Help Desk to finish the account creation process. (See sample e-mail)  Go to the Turnitin website and use the e-mail address and temporary password included in the e-mail to log into the Turnitin system.  Once you log in you will be taken through a step-by-step startup process where you will be able to change your password.

Students should receive the class ID number and class password from their instructors to give them access to the class.

The Turnitin System Status is available on the Turnitin website.  You can sign up for e-mail status alerts if you would like to get notifications when there are Turnitin system maintenance or outages.
