Job Duties

  • Helpdesk Customer Service, including: answering the Technology Helpdesk phones and emails; troubleshooting computer and software related issues for students, faculty, and staff; assist users with password and login issues; escalating tickets to the appropriate individuals when the problem is not easily resolved.
  • Coordinating the Equipment loan, including: checking in and out equipment; maintaining the equipment, like charging batteries and updating laptops between loans.
  • Graphic Production, including: create tutorial videos and handouts; print, mount, and laminate posters.
