Director, Technology Support Services
Duties: Joe provides leadership for the Technology Support Services group in Technology Services. Technology Support Services is responsible for providing help, support, and training to the campus community on a wide range of technology resources. This includes supporting Microsoft Office and the Windows OS, network connection issues, Internet troubleshooting, wireless connections, desktop & laptop computer support, e-mail help, computer lab and classroom support, Academic Technology, technology purchasing, and all of the other services that keep the campus connected. Joe is a member of the Technology Services Management Team.
