Examples include university promotions, fundraising, community outreach and annual reports.
- All materials must include the official university logo ("swoosh" logo without tagline).
- Appropriate department/office logos and identification may be used, but they should not overshadow or exceed the size of the university logo.
- University is appropriately described using suggested key words.
- University color palette, with complementary color palette used for accents/enhancement.
- University brand fonts or their approved substitutes should be used. Appropriate and/or limited use of other fonts is acceptable to enhance necessary creativity for materials.
- Current, university-approved photos and images.
