Email Signature

To easily add in the UW-Superior branded signature (see mine below) on your email. Simply choose which version of Outlook you are using (PC, Mac, or Online) and follow the directions. If you have any questions please contact the Help Desk!

PC:

  • Copy the image and text below

  • Open a new email message
  • Select Signature and then Signatures from the message menu
  • Under Select signature to edit, choose New and name it “Standard
  • Paste the image and text into the Signature editor
  • Under Choose default signature, select Standard as your default
  • Select OK to save your changes

Mac:

  • Copy the image and text below

  • On the Outlook menu, select Preferences
  • Under Email, select Signatures
  • Double-click Untitled and name it “Standard
  • Select + to add the new signature
  • Under Choose default signature, select Standard as your default
  • Paste the image and text into the Signature box
  • Close the Signatures window to save your changes

Online (Office 365)

  • Go to the Mail app
  • Go to the settings (it’s a gear icon at the top right of your screen) and click Mail
  • On the left pane, extend the Mail section, then Layout and select Email Signature
  • Check the Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose box
  • Copy the text and image below into the Signature editor:

  • Select Save to save your changes
  • If you use a desktop version and the online version you will have to do this in both.
