University Marketing and Communications coordinates a wide range of services for the design and production of university publications, brochures, event programs, and advertising, as well as items such as logo letterhead, envelopes and business cards.
Faculty and staff are NOT authorized to directly purchase printing from outside vendors.
The University's print manager is the designated liaison officer between print vendors and the campus. The purchase of printing is governed by Chapter 35 of the Wisconsin Statues.
Projects will fall under one of the following categories:
