Pruitt Center Activities: UW-Superior username and password required 

Take 20-30 minutes to recharge with the Pruitt Center during Mindful Mondays on Zoom from noon to 12:30 p.m. Grab a cup for tea, experience a short mindfulness activity, and participate in a reflective discussion. Learn. Experience. Reflect. Connect. 

If you're looking for a daily dose of mindfulness, join members of the campus community for Daily Mindfulness from 3:30-3:50 p.m. through the end of the semester. 

Student Yoga live with Jenna will be offered on Mondays from 5 to 6 p.m. and Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30 p.m. until the end of the semester. 

Faculty and Staff Yoga live with RUNA teachers will be offered on Tuesdays from 4-4:50 p.m. and Thursdays from noon-12:50 p.m. until the end of the semester.
