Academic Advising

To schedule an appointment, review the directory of professional advisors and email your primary professional or faculty advisor.

Educational Success Center/Writing Center/Tutoring

Brainfuse provides 24/7 tutoring online. Other live tutoring options may be coming soon. To connect with one of the ESC team members, please review the directory or email.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Staff from EDI (Gender Equity Resource Center, Veteran and Nontraditional Student Center, First Nations Center, and the Office of Intercultural Student Success) will holding open staff “office” hours every Thursday from 1-3 p.m. via Zoom from now through the end of the semester. Click here to join. All EDI staff will be available upon appointment for support. To schedule an appointment, please send an email and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member. 

Note: EDI is currently working on creating an online EDI Certificate option for students and employees. Please watch for future announcements. 

Financial/Records Services

Financial Aid: The Financial Aid Office will continue to provide full services for students 

  • Virtual office hours are 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
  • Send all questions/concerns via email
  • The office phone will be staffed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; voicemail will be checked Tuesday and Friday.
  • Meetings are available virtually through telephone or Zoom
  • Mail and fax will continue to be processed weekly

Bursar/Cashier/Paying your Bill: The Bursar/Cashier’s Office will continue to provide services for all your everyday needs. 

  • Virtual office hours are 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Send all questions/concerns via email
  • Meetings are available virtually through telephone, Zoom or chat sessions, which can be requested by email.
  • Note: Payments can continue to be made by mail or electronically through your E-Hive account using e-check or credit card.

Registrar: We want to reassure all of you that the Registrar Office staff are a click away and are available for assisting in all your everyday functions and processes.

Jim Dan Hill Library: The Jim Dan Hill Library is here for you!

The library continues to serve you wherever you are with extensive access to books, journals and media. Search the catalog to access e-books and online journals, or dig deeper with targeted subscription databases. Librarians are available to help with research or navigation, including assistance evenings and weekends. Email askref@uwsuper.edu, or set an appointment. Student Health and Counseling Services: Currently due to the COVID-19 situation, SCHS is temporarily suspending in-person counseling sessions. We will continue to support your mental health needs as we navigate the rest of the spring semester and summer term together. We are still here for you, just in a different way! 

We will be continuing to offer phone consultations, medication referrals, and are now offering Telecounseling. If you are interested in utilizing any of these services, please call our main number 715-394-8236 or email and one of our counselors will connect with you.

Student Employment: The Office of Student Employment will continue to provide full service for student employees 

  • Virtual office hours are 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
  • Send all questions/concerns via email
  • You may also leave voicemail at 715-394-8202 ; this will be checked daily
  • Meetings are available virtually through telephone or Zoom
