Overview
The international business program is one of the concentration options for the business administration major. It is an excellent choice for students interested in careers with companies and organizations that operate in multiple countries. Coursework is designed to help you understand how business is done in different cultures and areas of the world. Topics include communication styles, local customs, politics and economic environments. You’ll also learn about practical international business skills, including exchange rates, taxes and duties, exporting and importing, international shipping and documentation, international supply chains, investment in other countries, marketing localization and much more.
With the international business concentration, you’ll develop skills sought by global companies that offer many different career opportunities.
