Impact of Your Gift

Your Gift Makes a Difference

For Every Student

University of Wisconsin-Superior continues to be a place where students are seen, supported, and celebrated – where a student-centered mission isn’t just a phrase, it’s a practice. Every part of the Yellowjacket experience is shaped by generosity: faculty who know their students by name, classrooms where learning is hands-on and personal, and opportunities that open doors for every kind of learner. From Weekend of Welcome to graduation day, donor support is there every step of the way.

Your Support Matters To

“A scholarship represents more to me than just financial assistance. It signifies the belief and investment the donors have placed in my potential to become an educator. Your confidence in me boosts my spirit and inspires me to strive for excellence in all endeavors. Your generosity makes a profound impact on my life and the lives of future students. I will always be grateful for your support.”

Advancing Academic Research and Infrastructure

From out on the waters of Lake Superior to in the lab on campus, undergraduate research takes Yellowjackets to incredible places. The benefits of undergraduate research are undeniable, providing critical thinking, collaboration in the workplace and transferable skills to career interests.

Contributions to the Foundation support these extraordinary opportunities for students, including the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF). SURF is a chance for students to spend the summer working on a research project with the support of a facility mentor.
