J-Term Tuition and Fees
2025 Undergraduate Online Tuition Rates
- Undergraduate per credit rate – $330
- Online administrative fee – $60
- Activity fee per credit rate – $16
An undergraduate student enrolled for 3 online credits will be charged $1,098, which includes $990 in tuition, a $60 technology administration fee and a $48 activity fee.
2024-25 Undergraduate Cost of Attendance
The estimated Annual Cost of Attendance (COA) is an estimated budget for the academic year, which includes budgeted amounts for other non-billed education expenses (personal expenses and transportation) as well as billed expenses (tuition, room, and meals, if applicable). This allows you to utilize financial aid to help cover your expenses beyond your semester bill. The COA is only used when packaging financial aid offers, and does not necessarily reflect actual charges.

Credit balances of under $5.00 will be retained unless a refund is requested by the student.

Tuition Refund/Repayment Schedule
Withdrawal from Classes
A withdrawal fee of $50 will be charged to all students who withdraw, or are de-registered, after the semester begins and during the 100% refund period. Official withdrawal forms are available at the Office of the Registrar, Old Main 139. Students are considered enrolled unless an official withdrawal card is on file. Courses less than two weeks will refund 100% on the 1st day of class only. There will be no refunds after the 1st day of class.
Attention Financial Aid Recipients: Important Repayment Information
Students who withdraw or drop often are required to repay a portion of their financial aid. Please check with the Financial Aid Office for advisement if you are withdrawing.
Dropping Classes
The last day to drop full-term courses with a 100% refund is Jan. 8, 2023.
