The Human Resources Certificate at UW-Superior provides practical, career-focused knowledge in HR that applies to a variety of professional settings. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available upon request.

Certificate Requirements
The Human Resources Certificate consists of 7 workshops:
- Foundations of Human Resources
- Performance Management
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Engagement
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Total Compensation
- HR Compliance
Participants must complete all workshops within a 2-year period to earn the certificate.
Credit-seeking students can also complete this certificate for three academic credits by enrolling in BUS 499 (Section 915), completing required coursework, and attending all workshops. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for successful completion.
Certificate Fees
UW-Superior students seeking academic credit pay tuition in addition to workshop fees. For details on student pricing for workshops, contact conted@uwsuper.edu.
