Ways to Fund Your Education
At UW-Superior, we offer one of the lowest tuition rates for four-year colleges in the region. In addition, students can explore several ways to fund their education.
Financial Aid
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) determines eligibility for need-based federal, state and UW-Superior grants. Additionally, you must complete the FAFSA to be considered for federal loans and work-study.
Scholarships
The UW-Superior Alumni and Friends Foundation provides numerous scholarships funded by alumni and friends, giving students have additional opportunities to help pay for college.
Student Employment
Through student employment at UW-Superior, you can help finance your education. At the same time, you’ll gain experience, develop new skills and make valuable connections.
Tuition Reciprocity & Awards
Minnesota residents can receive tuition reciprocity after completing a simple form. Meanwhile, students from other states may qualify for a nonresident tuition waiver that can reduce tuition by nearly 50 percent.
