Escape to Valleyfair – Saturday, September 20th
Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun and thrills at Valleyfair, the Twin Cities’ ultimate amusement park! With over 75 rides and attractions, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a roller coaster fanatic or love a good swing ride. By the end of the day, you’re sure to discover your favorite thrill.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, September 20th
- Cost: $15* (more than half off the regular $35 ticket price!)
- Transportation: FREE bus to and from the park**
Schedule (Approximate):
- 8:45 a.m.: Arrive at the Yellowjacket Union to avoid travel delays
- Noon: Arrive at Valleyfair
- Following arrival, students will have the opportunity to split up and explore the fair
- 6:45 p.m.: Head back to the bus
- 7:00 p.m.: Depart back to UWS
- 10:00 p.m.: Arrive at UWS Yellowjacket Union
Reserve your spot by purchasing your ticket at the Yellowjacket Union Information Desk, which accepts cash and credit cards. But don’t wait – tickets are limited and exclusively for UW-Superior students!
What to Bring:
- Spending money on food, drinks, and souvenirs (no outside food allowed in the park).
- Your excitement for a day packed with fun!
Important Notes:
- *If you sign up but don’t attend, a $35 charge (the cost of the ticket) will be applied to your student account.
- ** Taking the bus is optional. If you prefer to drive yourself, let us know when you sign up.
