This FREE class is offered at the Superior YMCA every Monday from 7:45–8:45 am, just be ready to sign a waiver and show your ID at the front desk before attending. This class is designed to build power, endurance, and stability, each session combines dynamic movements and functional training to sculpt muscle and increase muscular endurance. This class is for all levels, whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to level up your fitness. Get ready to challenge your core, boost your cardio, and leave feeling stronger than ever.
