Dr. Natalya Naumenko, Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at George Mason University, will be giving a talk. Dr. Naumenko graduated from Northwestern University and was mentored by one of the most recent winners of the Nobel Prize in Economics, Dr. Joel Mokyr! Her research concentrates on economic history and political economy, with a particular focus on Russia and the former Soviet Union.
