
Student Employment Manager Meeting 2025
Join us in the YU 203 for an important Student Employment Manager meeting and training session. With the launch of the new Workday system on July 7, it’s essential to get up to speed on updated Student Employment policies and procedures.
During this session, we will:

Review existing and new student hiring processes

Introduce basic Workday navigation and key terms

Walk through new tasks that will be assigned to managers

Show you where to find resources and support tools for the transition
We’ll also conduct live demonstrations, so please bring a laptop to follow along.
There will be time at the end for questions and discussion, so please come prepared with any topics you’d like to discuss or questions you’d like to raise.
This is the final of two sessions offered the week after the Workday launch in hopes that you have had an opportunity to acclimate to the new system before presenting questions. You can find this presentation on SharePoint in the Supervisor Resources Section or in the Employee News. Questions that are not answered during the session will be emailed and distributed to supervisors shortly after the last presentation.
