Three performance tracks are offered: Vocal, Instrumental and Keyboard.

Our award-winning faculty teach all lessons and have been featured performers with many musical organizations including the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra, the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Minnesota Opera.

What You’ll Learn
As a music performance major at UW-Superior, you will:
- Perform in advanced musical ensembles and study music theory, history, and conducting.
- Receive one-on-one lessons and learn advanced performance and teaching techniques on your instrument or voice.
- Perform a wide variety of music on your major instrument or voice culminating in two solo recitals.
The professors are extremely talented, and I admire them a lot. One of the best aspects of the program is spending time with people who love the same thing that I do, which is music.
