The University of Wisconsin-Superior will host the workshop ABCs of Constructive Conversation facilitated by Urban Rural Action on Thursday, October 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Yellowjacket Union Great Room.
Free and open to the community, this event is hosted by Jackets Vote, a program of the Link Center, facilitated by Braver Angels and supported by the Center for Continuing Education.
During this workshop, participants will learn and apply a framework, the ABCs of Constructive Conversation, for achieving a mutual understanding of different views on tough topics. Facilitators will introduce a memorable and accessible communication model and help participants practice applying the model to explore different perspectives and navigate disagreement.
Registration is available online.
