What You’ll Learn

The accounting major is designed to engage students in critical thinking so they can analyze problems, implement strategies, and contribute to the success of a business organization. Student learning outcomes not only cover all functional and technological areas of accounting but also include the moral and ethical aspects of the field.

You’ll also have the opportunity to apply your course knowledge through numerous internship opportunities in public, corporate and government accounting in the Superior-Duluth area. This comprehensive accounting major requires at least 66 semester credits to complete and requires no minor.
