About

Paul has worked in fundraising for nonprofits in and around the Twin Ports region. He also has more than 25 years working and volunteering in public radio. He has extensive experience working at and serving on nonprofit boards and helping them grow their fundraising competency and capacity building. He has seen the benefit public broadcasting can have in providing underserved populations access to much-needed information.

Paul is an active Scouter, Rotarian and supporter of community connectedness. His work background is in fundraising and philanthropic support for various community organizations. He has also spent the bulk of his decades-long fundraising career in public radio at stations large and small. It is his belief that communities are stronger when there is a thriving arts and cultural ethos that creates the value-added amenities that attract an educated engaged workforce. He strives to build bridges between these efforts to ensure a thriving dynamic region that enables good economic growth. It is also critical to have adequate support services that can serve the needs of all in the community. Paul enjoys spending as much time as possible at his cabin on Lake Vermilion with his wife and family.
