Once you’ve earned your UW-Superior degree, you’re ready to reap the benefits of the University of Wisconsin-Superior Alumni Association!

All graduates are members of the Alumni Association and are entitled to its many advantages, discounts and services. These perks are available through partnerships between the UW-Superior Alumni Association and the benefit providers.

Insurance

  • Alumni Insurance Program: The Alumni Insurance Program (AIP) offers a diverse portfolio of insurance products for alumni and their families. Alumni have access to group rates on life insurance, health coverage, long-term care, dental and vision coverage, travel insurance and more! Yellowjacket Union

Jim Dan Hill Library

The Jim Dan Hill Library offers free membership cards for local alumni. Stop by the Library to take advantage of this service.

Residence Halls

The UW-Superior Residence Halls are an inexpensive and convenient place to stay when you are in town. Contact Residence Life at 715-394-8438 or by email for more information.

Hotel Discounts

Several area hotels, such as the Edgewater Hotel and Waterpark in Duluth, offer discounts for UW-Superior alumni. Just be sure to ask for the “Alumni” discount!

License Plates

Show your loyalty to UW-Superior and support a student scholarship through Wisconsin’s University License Plates program!

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s University License Plates program enables Wisconsin vehicle owners to purchase auto, mobile home and truck plates bearing the image of Buzz, the UW-Superior Yellowjacket team mascot. An additional tax-deductible fee for each plate sold goes toward a fund that provides a scholarship to UW-Superior students. Publications

  • Superior Voice Magazine: Superior Voice is published annually for alumni and friends of the University of Wisconsin-Superior. The magazine contains news from classmates, updates from around campus, features on alumni, current students, faculty and the community, and more. Update your information to receive Superior Voice, free of charge.
  • Buzzword: Emailed every other month, this e-newsletter contains the latest campus and alumni news and events. Just provide your email address on this subscription form to receive Buzzword in your inbox.
