About

Sue received both her B.S. and M.A. from UW-Superior in Technical Theatre. She enjoys designing and building stage scenery, but moreover, she likes watching her students learn how to do things they initially didn’t think they could. She hopes her students take away strong lifelong learning skills from the courses she teaches.

In her freetime, Sue has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys camping, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, BBQs and bonfires. Sue comes from a small town and appreciates the rural lifestyle.  She likes growing her own groceries, playing in her flower gardens, getting together with friends and family and exploring new places. When possible, Sue prefers to build things rather than buy and upcycle/recycle as opposed to adding to the landfills.
